The company was founded by Mr. Rajinder Bansal in year 1988. Keeping in line with its expansion programme and under the guidance of Mr. Rajinder Bansal Company started manufacturing Detergent by the name of “Nikhar” to enable to fulfill the demand of its products across the country more effectively. After the success in Detergent the company diversified in manufacturing the Acid slurry as Backward Integration to maintain Quality, Mr. Rajinder Bansal laid the foundation for diversification.

Year 1992 was the breakthrough year for the company as it launched it’s till date most successful brand named "NIKHAR". From that day the company has reached new heights year after year.

We live in fast paced ever changing world. These changes affect our lives and lifestyles and therefore it is crucial to learn to be resilient. Year 2000 was the next milestone step towards success as the company launched new products as Nikhar Dish Wash Bars, Cakes, and Jar who added a new dimension to the company's growth. Then, the company launched a new premium range product named "NIKHAR ZEAL". Nikhar Zeal Detergent, Cake, Jars added a new dimension to the company's growth.

Throughout these years company has grown multiple folds, this all has been possible because of the vision which each and every person associated with the company shares i.e. to satisfy customers by providing best quality products. This policy has helped the company retain its customers and to connect with various new customers in different markets.
